BackPack Bounty Menus

Week 1:
Saturday meal:
• 1 large or 2 small cans condensed soup
• 1 small jar peanut butter
• 1 box crackers
• 1 box fruit snacks (fortified, real fruit juice)
Sunday meal:
• 1 box Betty Crocker/Banquet Complete Meal (chicken variety)
• 1 large or 2 small cans vegetables (peas, corn, green beans, etc)
• 1 large or 2 small cans fruit (fruit cocktail, peaches, pears, applesauce, etc)

Week 2:
Saturday meal:
• 1 large/2 small cans Chef Boyardee or Spaghetti O’s
• 1 large/2 small cans fruit
• 1 14-oz box graham crackers
Sunday meal:
• 1 box tuna helper
• 1 large/2 small cans tuna
• 1 large/ 2 small cans vegetables
• 4 snack pudding cups

Week 3:
Saturday meal:
• 1 box macaroni and cheese
• 1 large/2 small cans fruit
• 1 box Quaker Oats chewy bars (8 bars)
Sunday meal:
• 1 box chicken helper
• 1 12-oz can chicken
• 1 large/ 2 small cans vegetables
• 4 Quaker Oats bars (left from Saturday)

Week 4:
Saturday meal:
• 1 large/2 small cans tuna or chicken
• 1 box crackers
• 1 large/2 small cans fruit
Sunday meal:
• 1 box Betty Crocker/Banquet Complete Meal (beef variety)
• 1 large/ 2 small cans vegetables
• 4 snack pudding cups
