Christian Education for Adults
First Presbyterian Church seeks to provide a variety of opportunities for adults to grow in their understanding of their faith and in their relationship with Christ.
Sunday Morning Classes
- Adult Seminar: A class for those who seek to apply the teachings of the Bible to the problems of life today. Led by a variety of leaders in the Library from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Special Friends Class: A class for our friends with special needs. Led by various teachers in the Heart Room, Upper Level from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Weekly Classes
- Tuesday Morning Bible Study: A weekly exploration of the Bible. Led by Rev. Gauen in the Knox Meeting Room, every Tuesday from 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Monthly Classes
- Circle For Women:
Our Presbyterian Women‘s Group meets monthly for fellowship and Bible study
in the Knox Meeting Room, every Thursday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Elaine Foley is our study leader
- Fourth Monday Group: This class focuses on developing our spiritual awareness of God’s activity in our world. Led by Rev. Gauen on the fourth Monday of each month from 7:30-9:00 p.m. in Rev. Gauen's Office.
