Worship with us in person or online Sundays at 10:15 a.m.
Sunday Worship
Join us at 10:15 a.m.! Our service blends contemporary liturgy with traditional hymns. Our 20+ voice choir sings September through May. A large, well-maintained pipe organ augments our worship, and our bell choir plays on selected Sundays. We serve communion on the first Sunday of the month. Although many dress in business casual, you’re welcome to come as you are!
Kids
It’s a great time to be a kid at First Pres! We have a special space in our balcony—complete with crayons, activities, and craft tables—to allow families to sit together during worship. Most services include an “Especially for Children” time where kids come up front for a special sermon. After that, they’re invited (but not required) to head to our Discovery Zone room for Sunday school and crafts during the rest of the worship service. Nursery care is also available.
Stop by the kids’ space in the balcony before worship to meet our friendly youth & family staff and to let us know your little ones are joining us.
Accessibility
We designed our 2018 renovations with accessibility in mind. Enter through the covered carport on the south side for easy access to our elevator. Handicap accessible restrooms are available on the main sanctuary level, as well as on the lower level in our fellowship hall. We have up-to-date microphones to assist with hearing. Large print bulletins and hymnals are available.
Morning Friendship Time
When you arrive at the church, enter through the front doors from College Ave or the side or back doors from city parking lot A. Before the service, grab a cup of coffee in the gathering area (near the back doors) and enjoy an informal time to meet others. After the service, join us there for refreshments and fellowship.
